To create a knowledge article, you first want to open the Dynamics 365 CRM, logged into your ITR account. From there, if you have the Knowledge Base Editor role, you can access the Knowledge Base Editing app. In this app, there should be a table of knowledge articles, and a button in the top ribbon to create a new knowledge article. Click that button and a blank knowledge article will be created!
